Our requirement profile:
- Technical or commercial training
- Experience in the use of an ERP system
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (especially Excel)
- Stylish communication in German and English
- Team player with commitment and initiative
- Willingness to take responsibility
- Obliging manner in dealing with customers
Your tasks:
- Inquiry processing and preparation of quotations in coordination with the field sales force
- Telephone customer support
- Disposition and inventory monitoring
- Interdepartmental order processing
